IP ownership and licensing are agreed contractually for each engagement under the terms of your Ekavat contract.
Who do we actually contract with?
You contract directly with Ekavat Limited, a UK company. Ekavat is responsible for delivery, quality and support under that agreement.
Where is our data hosted and processed?
Hosting and data processing arrangements are agreed with you at the outset and configured to your preferred region and compliance requirements, with UK data-protection requirements considered in the delivery model.
How is quality assured?
Structured QA, code review and release processes are built into every engagement, with UK-facing reporting and sign-off at each stage.
How is security and access managed?
Access control, secure development practices and data handling procedures are agreed as part of onboarding and reviewed throughout the engagement.
What if we want to bring the work in-house later?
